Who are we?

The Base Bookspace is a nomadic and online bookshop based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. It's focus are books by Black authors (more info on the 'About' page). Every month new books are selected to be featured on the Base Bookspace. We read as much as we can to give you the best personal recommendations. You can find all books by clicking shop in the menu above or search for keywords such as queer, novel, non-fiction or Ghana.
