Before you get this book, just look up Jill's Instagram and watch one of the 1-minute clips. It'll give you an idea of her style, her thinking. The book, a memoir-in-essays, is actually also the break-up with her micro-famous Instagram persona Jillisblack. While I didn't know her before, I loved reading the rants against the white liberals who set up Diversity & Inclusion programs to achieve nothing, the expectations people have when you're an activist on social media, and just the general stream of thought of Jill throughout the book.
